Interesting and not at all surprising. It is not surprising how they try to make the dad so vocal and hide the BIGGEST MOUTH around.
1. My question here is.... is Jordan being found "delinquent" by the Judge all that is required to charge Chris.??
2. If the finding of "delinquency" was only based on "probability" and not actual proof of the gun being used, are they required to bring in evidence that would disprove the gun was actually used? Or is the "probability" of guilt, enough to chart Chris?
3. If they have to bring in more evidence to prove the gun was not used, this makes no sense as it disproves the initial finding of delinquency, but this is Lawrence County....anything goes, I suppose. However, if they can just charge a father of a child found "delinquent", then isn't this a "selective" prosecution. I mean, in all seriousness, every parent should then be charged when their children are delinquent or found guilty in a court of law, when they are underage...?
4. If you recall, the D.A. initially said he was "not" charging Chris. So is this not a double standard? I think the underlying incentive of he victim's family is focused on "money". Too bad they discovered the x-lover was not the biological father of one of the children the victim had prior to meeting Chris, maybe they could have still collected child support from him.
