Looking at how far Hank Kimble had to go to have his unjust conviction from Lawrence County overturned over a decade ago, I was thinking not only the Justices in Harrisburg can overturn such a verdict. I was thinking it may go as far as a Federal Appellate Court in Pittsburgh for a Judge to finally see this as the farce it is is and free Jordan Brown and order the system never to try him again for the charges based on their abuse of the legal process.

Also I am looking forward to dueling civil suits by boths sides ending with finding that would make the Houks the ones just as responsible for their daughter's death as is the real killer.

This is one tight-knit conspiracy to railroad an innocent boy. These people should not even try to blame us for their victory today. But it will eventually turn into a biting defeat.

Also, in event of said ruling, can a person in the juvenile system ask the court to remain with their parents under house arrest until the appeals are exhausted or is that a luxury enjoyed only by adult suspects?

Quote
Last night Jordan was in tears. He has no illusions about the Lawrence County judiciary. He knew his ordeal would not end today.

But he brightened up when Chris told him there would be an appeal. Jordan knows there will be justice outside of Lawrence County. He knows that we’ll never give up until justice is served.

Just sick about the news today.

Roll up your sleeves. We've got advocacy work to do.

Thanks for everybody sticking by Jordan. From what I've heard and learned, Jordan is innocent. We've just got to get an impartial judge or jury to hear the facts. The local folks in that area are too politically involved to determine this case without bias.

On Friday, April 13, 2012 Jordan Brown (PA) was found deliquent (guilty) by one Judge John Hodge. An appeal is being sought.
