I wonder after all this predictability, when will Jordan ever be free of this false charge. I was thinking just the other day that only a federal appellate judge would have the power to overturn this ruling. It is an unthinkable ruling, which showcases that everyone on the side of the prosecution did not do the research in the physics of the murder of Kenzie Houk.

Judge Hodge just ortained an act of State-sanctioned kidnapping, all in the name of prevent the pack of wild hyenas on part of the victim's family turning the place into a disaster area just because they did not get their way.

I am quite disappointed the defense did not even call more witnesses. Only three compared to the virtual parade of imbeciles they brought into that room. Something tells me the whole system is fascist by the way the judge did not take into account that logic points that the gun did not kill the victims, that the person in front of him is not the one who did it. WTF is going on up there in Lawrence County. How many more years does Jordan have to wait to be found innocent. Will he maybe have to beg for a pardon from future Chief Executive?

What is Judge Hodge's major malfunction? :>

Judge Hodge is as Judge Motto, neither one is able to administer justice without bias.

“...there is no rule of law in the United States because judges are appointed for life by political interests.  Today, it is a rare judge indeed who will defend the constitution or the right of the individual over that of the government.  Most are former prosecutors or judge’s clerks, and there is hardly ever anyone appointed from the real people.  Consequently, the constitution has lost all it’s worth and meaning.”  Martin Armstrong.

That Judge ran over the Constitution and left it for dead on the side of the highway. Wolves tear at its throat, but cannot come close to killing it in spirit. It will return in stronger form to overturn the Judge's grand design to ruin Jordan Brown's life.

Without readin the decision, any reporter can accurately predict it many errors in thought, word and deed to allow a state appellate judge to avoid political repurcussions and give the errent state a good kick up the backside. Destroying political opponents is one thing, but this is no congressman or senator or mayor from the other party that was convicted here. Even evil has its standards. It might not have to wait until the federal level to be throw out and Jordan set free before 21, it will be the appellite court judges on the State level that will look at the obvious errors and throw this case out. They will not even ask for a retrial. The judges down in Pittsburgh will tell Linda "F-ing" Kelly that she will not only not be allowed to retry Jordan Brown, that she will be referred to the State Bar, along with her drug fiends, Anthony, Johnny and Tommy Boy to be either suspended, fined heavily or disbarred for malicious malpractice. I would also love to see Judge Hodge eventually see Bar proceedings for his handling of the case. These hijinks should see Johnny, Linda, Anthony, Tommy and even that jerk Judge spend the rest of lives paying for it with their law licenses being torn up in front of them or significantly curtailed for many years.

Would it be f-ing hilarious that Jordan Brown's suffering end with the f-ing Governor disbarred ala Bill "F-ing" Clinton. Maybe even see the old bag impeached from his sorry-ass job in Harrisburg, all over a little boy he unfairly treated. Remeber Rod Blagoivitch (dang spelling)! Tommy Boy will be the the answer to the trivia answer on Jepardy, "This Pennsylvania political leader was the first Governor disbarred since 2009, when he mishandled a simple juvenile case." Cheesy

If I was in Jordan's plight, I would think of committing acts of Civil Disobedence until my plight results in my release on compassionate grounds. Like any unfree labor, I would do things slowly, pretend not to hear an order, do things incorrectly. In this case, even a hunger strikle would be in the cards. Until I wear down myself or make the state committ a senseless act, like force feeding me or beating me up or putting me in the hole. It might not look like a good idea, but I would defy a state that committed a unconstitutional act by locking me up for a crime I did not commit. If Jordan is allowed to say something to the court, if I was him I would threaten the Judge that I will defy every form of "treatment", every "education", even starve myself via a well-timed hunger strikes until either they overturn this unfair verdict or he dies during the process. What happened to Civil Disobedence, or does it not work with Fascists scum like Judge Hodge and friends?
