I heard tomorrow they will have Kiss look a likes escorting them in but you won't be able to tell which one is which because they are going to wear red bandanna's that will cover their faces.  I did hear that Gene Simmons will roll out his tongue to give a signal of when to step to the right and to the left.  It should be great!

All seriousness...keep praying.

Gangs are known to wear bandanna's that cover their faces.  One only covers their face when you do not want to be seen. Why would they not want to be seen?  If they are not in a "gang" the only other reason I could see a person escorting the victim's family in with leather jackets and bandanna's is to intimidate.

1.  This is a closed trial that involves a minor child, only 11 years old when accused.

2.  What do you have to hide?

3.  Are you planning something and do not want your face shown so your not accused later?

4.  Did your past actions encompass any vendetta that may have gotten the victim killed?

5.  Are you trying to tell the Judge something, as well as the police?

6.  Why do you feel you need an escort?

7.  Are you trying to give the impression that you need protection?

8.  Is this a ritual that happens at every criminal event you guys are in?

9.  High school ended for you a long time ago?

10.  Can we just try to get along?

Mr.and Mrs. Houk say there is no emotion shown from the Brown family.........so maybe you would like it better if they acted like your thug son-in-law and threaten anyone who disagrees with  you. Real class act people !!  Ithink the Houks are a little frustrated that they aren't getting ALL of the media attention now. It's about damn time.

Still praying for Jordan!! Please do the right thing Judge Hodge!!!!

Please let there finally be some justice soon. I don't know how long Hodge has to rule, but I hope he can see through this weak case.

I still have hope that this case would be thrown out and the boy declared innocent. Hope is fading despite everything that would have destroyed the case across the border in Ohio or West Virginia. No one is speaking on the defense side inside the courtroom for fear of of legal retribution by the court for talking out. Any statement from them now is "too little" and "too late". I almost thing that Judge Hodge might in the end say to the press he wanted to free the boy but felt physically threatened by the so-calledictims (The Houks) to make a verdict that would not set them off like fireworks on the Fouth of July. Though in thatself would be ground to overturn the verdict.

As I said over and over again, the Houks are putting on an act. It is a really bad act. To them, they think it would be enough to allow injustice to occur They are so afraid from the legit death threats from day one from Adam Harvey, whom I still believe will kill someone again before he is finally brought to justice. Jack and Debbie are patently afraid of them, otherwise they would not had falsely accused Jordan to begin with. Their dog and pony show proves that they were not victims, but one of the conspirators to kill their own daughter. They stopped being victims when they conspired with the real killer (Adam Harvey) to put on this act or pay the consequences as corpses. Harvey could have and still able to go postal at any time. If it isn't him, it would be someone else doing the dirty deed. No word if they would blame that on someone else.

The press does not want to report this as a miscarriage of justice because domestic violence and assorted drug-related crimes is so common in those parts, they just do not care anymore about fairness. With the area racked with oxycontin and prescription pill users committing horrible crimes, they took a ho-hum approach to the case. I think they think persecuting a boy gets more ink than an ex offing their former lover, which is as common compared to child killers. In fact, they could not handle the truth, even the day of the killing. They bought everything Officer Janice Wilson, Johnny Bongivengo and friends said about the case, not even doubting the method of murder actually being quite different.

The gun was the thing the prosecution did not count upon and will be the one piece of evidence that will free the boy in the end. Judge Hodge has to take a level in badass to tell the prosecution that they destroyed the life of an innocent boy just for the delight of a bunch of white-trash druggies. Since they lied about the murder, they do not deserve to see that justice is done for their daughter. They through that away because they thought in their logic that the real killer would murder them all wholesale before the cops go to cuff Adam Harvey for the original crime. This man was a George Banks in the making. Banks did it. Other people killed their objects of rejection in a short period of time with multiple weapons. See the biographies of other family men for more example of why the Houks were afraid. They knew Adam was capible of slaughter, wholesale slaughter that would make even Banks envious of the young man's prowess. I think the Browns would have been spared, but Jack and Debbie would be dead as well, along with lots of their own relations. I would dare say that such a spree murder would not even spare the two little girls. This man is a potential butcher. This was why Jack and Debbie coached Janessa to lie about the murder of her mom when she was not even there when her mom was blown away. That is why Jack and Debbie are putting the act all week long. This is why I know this would be evidence enough that the boy will be found innocent in local court. This will make Jack and Debbie or one of their family finally crack and play "let's make a deal" with the State to finally cuff Harvey and send him to jail for something else other than the murder of Kenzie and her baby. All it needs is one charge... one to put this creep out of their lives for good. He can spout all he wants, but it should be the Houks that in the end be the ones discouted, dissed and finally joining Adam behind bars.

I also hope that Jack and Debbie are jailed to. Only aprat from each other will they further implode and confess to their part in the murder of their own daughter.

The real sad truth, at the end is no winner in this case! If Jordan is ruled innocent he lost 3 years of his youth in prison! And the real murder will maybe never charged.
