The media is reporting about this sham of a so-called trial in juvenile court. Right from the start, I can see just how much Jack and Debbie stand to lose by putting on this act. With the bikers and all that, it is just a bit over the top. It does not win any sympathy tests here and it sure will not sway the court or the public once the truth comes out just how much an act this all is.
As I said over and over again, Jack and Debbie Houk are putting an act because they want Jordan to pay for their daughter's death. They know the boy is innocent. And they are lying of not knowing who the real killer is. They do not want to be killed too. That was the whole jist in this framing of Jordan Brown. Jack and Debbie Houk, let me remind everyone, are deeply afraid of Adam so much that they would frame another person just to stay alive, not killed the way George Emil Banks killed his family thirty years ago. Spree killings are rare, but possible if the law does nothing to stop the culprit before he or she start stabbing or shooting their prey. I understand their act now and it is guarenteeed to fool people into crying for them and supporting their cause. That is why they will not get away with this.
This act of theirs and their supporters in the media and among their white trash pals will cost them dearly in the end. No sane judge worth his weight in gold would buy their sob story. The evidence clearly does not match their lies. Let me make this clear to the buttholes in the media reading this opinion. They have had the wool pulled over their eyes by a group of snake oil salespeople that cost a boy over three years of freedom.
In the end, they will not get away with this. They will see the boy free of his chains at last by the end of this week. And there is nothing that will stop the will of the Lord in seeing that justice is done. There is no evidence that supports guilt in this case. No matter how nice Krasek paints the pig as a cuty chick, it is still a pig wearing makeup and a wig with a strage resemblence to Debbie Houk.
This case bothered me from the start. At first, I thought Nancy Grace had painted Jordan as a psycho, but once one gets down to the bare bones of the case, one can actually see the farce that is going on. It started the very moment that hired gun of Adam Harvey plugged Kenzie Houk with that improvised handgun round. How on God's Green Earth can a wound like that grow like a Texas tall tale. Where's the kaboom? There was supposed to be a large hole, a loud bang, recoil (believe me when I say even a shotgun cut for a boy has got a adult kick to it), and massive amounts of blood and brain matter that would horrify any boy of eleven to the point that getting to school not even matter anymore for someone numed by such a shock. This boy did not do the shooting. How many times most we say it!
Looking at the massive hole where there was none, we would have seen that Jordan would not even got to school that day and neither would his sister. Remember that this kid shot guns recreationally with his dad, but never did shoot a human being at close range with a shotgun in his life. A shotgun blast from close range would put a huge hole in the woman's head. The surroundings, including the boy and the shotgun would be covered in the resulting backspatter.
It is hard to clean up such a crime scene. It would be harder to clean oneself. Such evidence would be found in the drains and in the septic system the way the body was quickly discovered. Being a boy and not dealing with backspatter, Jordan would have paniked. He would never got himself immaculate in the short time window he had before the bus arrived to take them to school. He would have a spot. Much less, the gun would still have traces of blood or gore when the gun is examined. Only a person like Adam Harvey or the person he hired have all the time in the world, not a boy of eleven, not with two little girls in tow.
It is all an act Jack and Debbie are putting on to make us think to mask their fears of being killed too, along with the grandkids. Adam is not far off from George Banks-style homocidal as one would think. If he could get Kenzie and the baby killed, how much longer would one think he would not have killed them too, maybe by himself? He threatened not just Kenzie in that second restraining order. Jack and Debbie (especially the latter) had to protect themselves. Three divergent thinkings formed this conspiracy to frame Jordan Brown.
1. Jack and Debbie's fears of Adam Harvey killing them and their entire family, just as he said he would in the 2008 restraining order litally forced them frame Jordan Brown an easy solution of self-preservation. Why would Adam be hanging close to them during that March 2009 hearing? This raises ethical questions. For this might not solve their problem with Adam and his so-called criminal friends? How many more years would this buy you when the truth will out in a higher appellate court? (Unlike the Kimble case, which was wrecked in the State Supreme Court and in a retrial, this one would need a federal judge to throw it out if the worst occurs.) One of these days. Some court would believe Jordan and guess what, your unholy alliance with Adam will be found out. I think Adam threatened them all on that day. This is why the oldest granddaughter's story changed to the one used to frame the boy.
2. John Bongivengo and his people were looking for a quick score. Adam knew how to cloud Johnny's corrupted mind by his past encounters with Johnny and the Lawrence County Court system. So he hires a man to kill Kenzie who Johnny cannot lose to the court for murder charges. This prompts him to seek to frame someone for the crime. This is how Jordan was arrested quickly. And besides, Janice Wilson wanted to get back at Jordan for the way she was treated by him by denying he killed the woman.
3. The final conspiracy group is led by Tom Corbett himself. This case has dragged on this long because of Tommy Boy's election campeign for Governor and by Jordan's refusal to accept adult court. Tom Corbett is the type of guy no one says no to without repurcussions. Just ask anyone involved in the scandals he also was involved in or by default, his own political party. As Attorney General, he let Jordan's case drag on and on for fear it would cost him the election as it did his good friend Johnny Bongivengo. (Even though a Democrat, Johnny was a friend because of his drug raids and his bravado.) Anthony Krasek has been burned before by the Kimble case, but it did not stop him to believe in the boy's guilt if it suited him well.
The key here is how well Anthony Krasek lies in court and how well Jack and Debbie put on their act. As far as I am concerned, the biker dudes just cost them the case against Jordan Anthony Brown. It is like the scene in Air Bud where the bad guy walked into court wearing a clown suit. Now what does it show to us when one goes into court like that? They are so scared at the truth, they think dudes with motorcycles are going to impress the press
Just wait until it is shown that the shotgun is not the murder weapon. When it is shown that the gun does not fit the wound, it is "game over" for Mr. Anthony Krasek. No little girl lying or tree trimmer discovering the victim dead on her bed is going just paper over that huge, gaping hole in the prosecution's case. No court judge on this planet outside the third-world (Iran?) would ever buy such flimsy analogies.
Why would a wrong weapon mean game over? Because said shotgun makes bigger holes at close range. Only a dumbass would buy that shotgun. Question is, why would all the press people buy the accusations? Bad reporting for one thing. All the terrible cuts at local newspapers and news stations would mean it just takes one or two or three newspapers to cause the others to mime each other like a Greek Chorus on steroids. This is why three newspapers held up the case since last fall. These three newspapers lost since it is believed they were the ones that committed no investigative look into the matter and were afraid if they did, they would make some people mad at them they would be sued for libel or something like that. The reason not one soul peeped is that local press supported the police side of the story and had not the chance to hear of the defense evidence, which would put a divide in the primary local media, which would cause the regional media to smell a rat and not mime the way that they do when all they have is some AP wire copy.
This is a conspiracy to frame a boy because there is no one in the local area other than Jordan's family and friends to speak up for them. And for the most part, they did a lousy job at it. They should have supported the boy from day one and let the media know it. They should have stood up against their fellow citizens at the risk of their own lives. Because they did not stant up for him, this is why we are here today talking about this. They are acting like chickens with their heads cut off acting like this. It is time for some serious support. If they do not do it now, they should do it at the ballot box and vote out the bastards that did this dirty deed to their friends. This also includes forcing out the bastards at Jordan's school who tried to stifle his friend's cilvil rights to support the kid. If I was in his class, I would had been kicked out of school twice, even spent time with Jordan in juvy for some trumped-up charge by now. But I would still be at Jordan's side, booing and hissing at the biker dudes. I am not afraid of them. It is all an act. One that will end in total failure for Jack and Debbie Houk. So be it. If they want to hurt someone, hurt Adam Harvey and the creep he hired to kill their daughter. Do not pick on a boy. Pick on Adam. What is it with Adam that scares you? If he does go George Banks on your sorry ass, it woiuld be all for the best. As far as I am concerned maybe you should been dead by now, but thanks to your unholy alliance with Adam, you got over three years of life. I hope you are counting the days when that Jordan is found 100% innocent. How many more days will you have to live in freedom before the cops come after you for the way you framed a little boy? How many more days will Adam Harvey or his pals let you live for breaking your end of the bargin? In the end, I hope it is the cops who get to you first before Adam or his friends do.
It is time to end your act and beg forgiveness. Confess now or be found out and have the full wieght of the adult court system on both of your behinds. Prison is not funny. Jack would go to a mens' prison and Debbie would go to a womens' prison. You better kiss each other goodbye then, because they way the sentences run, you may have many years apart from each other. Perjury and obstruction of justice are the least of your worries. I hope they slap the cuffs on you, Jack and Debbie Houk. Before that, we all hope you see Jordan freed to his father. Then, let the Jack and Debbie Show begin!
