The prosecutor in this case has got a piece of granite where their brain is supposed to be. Everything that shows to me that this kid was framed for muder by his old man is right in the Courier article as clear as the noonday sun over the Ohio River. What are they waiting for, a wrongful accusation lawsuit against them will come hot and heavy against them by both the boy and Trey Zwicker's family. This is a classic case of prosecutorial misconduct and police misconduct as well. They may say they were just doing their job, but they were allowing the real killer to walk all over them, knowing he had a parole hearing coming up in 2013. That with Josh out of the way, he would waltz out of jail, free to do this to some other person.

Gouker is using them, don't they get it? He is framing his son so he would clear and free when he his son suffers life without parole for something he did not do.

That really should make you mad as it does me. One should go down there, as an American and fight to free this innocent boy. These people must be fought in court to admit they made a big mistake. They should have seen the warning signs back in the fall of 2010 that Gouker was released on Parole, hot to get his son back. They were the ones who let the guy get his meat hooks on his son. This man then ruthlessly beat Trey Zwicker to death two months later. He then goes caveman when Amanda tried to end it with that protection order. He kidnaps his son. He weasels his way out of it. He gets Louisville police to file the murder cahrges on the wrong person.

Justice will come down hard on Gouker in the end before this year is out. It might have to take a full-blown trial to do so, but when the smoke clears, Gouker will face the capital murder charges for the boy's death. There is no and ifs or buts: Gouker is a dead man walking. He knows that and that is his motive to falsely accuse his own son. He does not even love him. He never did and he never will. How many times have I got to say this? How many times does people like Mike O'Connell have to have this drummed into their head. Not all crooks are honest. Read between the lines and you see a tyrant who killed a dog and cat in the weeks after he murdered a human. He was going to kill more but then felt like letting the system do that for him. It is time the public rose up against the court system down there and tell the prosecutor that we know he is making a mistake.

Even if Josh is released and Gouker charged and convicted, these creeps in the PD and the prosecutor's office must be thrown out of office before another innocent person is framed. They must understand doctors are punished for malpractice. Cops and lawyers should be given the same treatment as well. I want the lead detective to get demoted, fined and maybe even fired for what he did to Josh. (Maybe a month with Gouker in prison will scare him straight.) I want the prosecutor in this case all suspended for a year or how long they kept Josh locked up facing these unjust charges. If it does not happen that Josh does get anything for his unjust treatment, may the Lord punish those creeps in other ways. May a pox fall on all their houses.

The people other than Gouker who should get wapped should be the prosecution team in this case. Their behavior in court during that recent hearing is a prime example of a case being brought against them when this is over to have their licenses suspended, not disbarred unless they commit further shenanigans in court. The Bar Association should not treat these people lightly for these mistakes. These are the mistakes that get people unjustly suffering. Medical Boards don't ignore malpractice, neither should Bar Associations. What that lawyer is doing is malpractice as defined to them in Law School. They should not care that the cops lied to them, they are the arbitors that did not investigate when the defense claimed innocence, backing up their claims with evidence that the witnesses in the case (Gouker and his cousins) have ulterior motives in the case. For one thing, they did not believe in Josh Young when they talked to him the moment they believed Gouker and company. For that violation, they must lose their license to practice law taken away from them for one calendar year, along with the loss of their job as a public prosecutor for life! When they get their license back, they should be half the lawyer they used to be. These people should made examples of to all prosecutors across this country. Do wrong against an innocent person, lose your job for the rest of your life. We should not rest until they all face sanctions, even to the point of suing their happy rear ends in civil court. We as citizens should be not subject to crooked prosecutors. Like bad doctors and bad bankers, they must be stopped at all costs.

All I desire is for the courts to set this kid free and lock Gouker up, pending trial for capital murder. Gouker is no better than Shawn Windsor. Let's hope fate does not put him in a red jumpsuit next to this other Louisville killer. But, seeing how Gouker did all these things to his own son, Death would be inevitable a sentence.
