 Grin

A good judge... a wonderful judge!

Next step, reduce the charges to juvenile court, induce a possible plea bargin and release him on probation, court costs and time served.

Finally, strongly support Angela Corey's political opponent come election time, saying they would end all adult court referrals if chosen. They shall earn support from lots of people in the Jacksonville metro area by demonizing Corey's views on juveniles by refusing to charge anyone under sixteen in adult court. He or she does not have to support state law period. It is their choice just to charge a person as a juvenile. He or she should not bend to political pressure as Ms. Corey does at a drop of a hat. We need to make the Democrats support a color-blind and wealthy-blind person. I know there has to be a person out there willing to take the heat. These poor kids do not need any more emotional prosecutors.

I agree. A great judge that appears to realize what this child endured.
