What happens to a prosecutor who frames an innocent person to protect an informant who just killed a person? As soon as he is exposed and the innocent freed, that person and the people who helped them should all be charged with conspiracy to commit murder after the fact (since I think they did not act until after Kenzie was killed), along with the violations in the wrongful prosecution of the innocent party. All prosecutorial immunity should be null and void. The offenders should be cuffed and read their rights. They should given a perp walk like everyone else charged with a crime. They should be tried as if they pulled the trigger themselves.

What Johnny Bongivengo and even the state AG, Tom Corbett reportly did to Jordan Brown meets the clear definition of a conspiracy since they are covering up the actions of a known criminal and in addition, abusing the rights of freedom of an innocent boy. They themselves should be producing the headlines. Since when does a suspected crooked politico not generate the interest of the media? Tell me so I can make arrangements to renounce my citizenship and become a Canadian citizen.

Since when does this not (this not) become a conspiracy to murder after the fact? No one, not even Presidents or Kings, are above the law. What makes these men and women any different than us? I will not rest until these people face the same prison time they wanted to put onto this innocent boy. How about life without the possibility of parole, Mr. Corbett? How are you going to ever overturn this, Mr. Bongivengo? Who are you going to blame when they come for you, Ms. Kelly? What is your family going to think of you when you face jail, Mr. Krasek?

If I was a Special Prosecutor, boy I would love to cram the jails full of ex-politicians and ex-lawyers and disgraced county coroners. I would not bat an eye as I procede with my job convining a jury of their guilt. These types of people make our entire system look bad in the eyes of the world. It gives those people in Iran or China aid and comfort, maybe even joy, that we are becoming them. If we leave these people in power any longer, what if they can do this again to someone else's child? Where they can do this to someone else's family! Where they can make friends into mortal enemies and foes into friends! We cannot let them live in freedom when they wontonly violate our laws and our civil rights that were fought for and died for in our over 235 years of existence as a country. Please consider these people as bad as Al Capone and Jeffery Dahmer. If not, you are all no different than they are.

Free Jordan Brown.

Brian, the only way this truth will come out is if that investigation into the missing money while Bongivengio was in office left a trail.  This is very possible if someone is hungry enough to make a name for themselves by exploiting the corruption that lead to a wrongful arrest. It could happen.

For now, we need to keep up with all the letters and don't let this news hold up the letters because you never know what they will pull next.  Keep one step ahead. I am sure Krastek used this time to his advantage.  Maybe some "cash" left his pocket as well. That in itself would be illegal but justice is blind sometimes.  There have been so many constitutional violations in this case that I am a little amazed.  If you think about it, how absurd is it to make a child wait three years for a trial.  That is a really long time and a lot of red tap. These maneuvers are usually how they obtain plea deals. What a shame.  Kudos to the lawyers for not caving. Kudos to the family. Kudos to us!

Lets not forget how much money it costs to get back and forth to Erie.  If you can help out with gas card, please do.  What a shame!

Before I power down for the night, I was pointing out that framing a person to protect an informant is by definition, Conspiracy after the fact. It may not have the actual crime in the title, but when anyone uses their power or influence to deceive a population, it is just as bad as pulling the trigger. Since there is no statue of limitations, it is a possibility that will hang over these creature's necks ad infinitum.

BTW, I have hardly any money to help anyone. All I have is my writing skills. I just do not think the letter writing will be any use if all one gets is form letters and phony concern for one's cause. Both major political parties are known to do this. So do movies stars and other important people not even bother to personally involve themselves.

The only way one of these big people would ever help is if they ever cared about innocent people anymore. But there is a lot of pissed off people in the world. I am afraid donor fatique has set in by now.

BTW, why hasn't the boy been release on bail yet or this Rule 600 been invoked yet?

I am still waiting for the inevitable wails of anger from the Houk family when the reality hits them that they and the bad guys were all living in their land of make believe way too long.
