In recent days an individual calling himself “William Holder” has been posting comments on the Justice4Juveniles site defending the guilty verdict. A couple people, alarmed by this individual’s argumentative posture and apparent effort to provoke responses, contacted me and asked us to look into his identity. We believe his real name is Guy Holder Williams, and it appears Williams has an e-mail extractor installed on his account through which he can use e-mail replies sent to him as “gateways” to extract the private files on people’s computers. (This may help explain why Stephen and I have apparently been hacked and recently subjected to cyber attacks—though the list of people who would like to see us put us out of business is getting longer.) “Holder” (or Williams) has now been banned from the Justice4Juveniles site.

This case is getting more bizarre by the hour, day, whatever! I am shocked that people actually want James Prindle to suffer a fate than those that murder people. That is unfortunately the case when rape draws a worse penalty than simple cold-blooding killing. This is even so when the rape victim is a child. Someone called rape or was it molestation, "soul murder". So what is worse murder or rape?

When did we not use "innocent until proven guilty" when it came to rape suspects? Why is always, "guilty until proven innocent". James Prindle and people who are framed for sex crimes have to prove innocence all the way whereas murderers do not. That is not right.

Billy Boy did not do his homework in not hacking the living daylights out of his opponents, which is why I do not enjoy going to e-mail for fear of what that creep does to other people's private lives. We have no desire to communicate with a person who would ruthlessly hack someone for the thrill of it.

James Prindle is innocent. The actions of his oppressors proves this all the way. The actions of every last one of those scoundrels are more than simple mistakes but deliberate mistakes and outright violations of civil rights.

Just visit the Civil Rights Museum, located at the motel Martin Luther King, Jr. died at in April of 1968. If people like James Prindle are violated, then civil rights has died with a muffled wimper.

If James Prindle had received a fair trial, if the police had done a competent job and sorted out exactly who assaulted James’ baby sister, if this case were only about the sexual assault of this particular child, none of the weirdness that’s happening now would be occurring.

At Last We Know 05/07/2012

http://wandervogeldiary.wordpress.com/2012/07/05/at-last-we-know/

Quote
An informant has come forward and told us who the perpetrator is of the crime for which James Prindle was found guilty in Judge Bobby Carter’s kangaroo court.

Just as I predicted two days ago, the perpetrator has been bragging to his friends that he committed this crime, got away with it, and that James will be serving the prison time for it. We are in the process of trying to identify an honest cop to whom the information can be turned over so the suspect can be taken into custody, questioned, and the case reopened.

Quote
The one truthful thing that we believe James’ attorney Claiborne Ferguson told us is that “if James goes to an adult prison, he will be dead within a month.”
This possibility must be avoided for the  benefit of everyone concerned.

We have an offer from the renowned Boys Town, of Omaha NE, to take James into their secure facility at no cost to the taxpayers of Tennessee for as long as it takes for James’ appeal to be resolved.

James has been abandoned by his entire family, and the designation of Boys Town as his intermediate home would present no negative consequences for him and would, in fact, enhance James’ chances of receiving world-class mental health and rehabilitative services to help him heal from the trauma of the last two years. He would be safe and happy there.

We need your help to encourage Judge Carter to do the right and just thing. Please write to him now so your letter will reach Judge Carter before July 11.

Here is the judge’s address:

Judge Bobby Carter

201 Poplar Street

Suite 519

Memphis, TN  38103

Remind him nicely that he is no longer a prosecutor and is now a judge. Tell him the right thing to do is to delay sentencing until the police have an opportunity to pursue our new information and get to the bottom of who really committed this crime. Tell him he has a responsibility to protect the innocent, and that the best way to do this is to either dismiss the charges against James and release him, or to send James to Boys Town where he will be safe and well cared for.

This is the most bizarre case I ever read or heard about and in this country. How can grown men and women be so wreckless with their careers that they would pile mistake after mistake without reguards to both the victim, the framed party or their families? These are the same question I raise to Josh Young, Jordan Brown and millions of other wronged persons still in prison to this day.

I have a bad feeling not only will Judge Carter not judge with mercy, but with a ruthless sentence worse than if James just killed the little girl. We know a murderer usually get paroled before a sexual devient. That sexual deviants are seen by the public and the court as "guilty until proven innocent" due to the crime being judge something like "soul murder". (I think that was a title of a key book in the literature involving investigating and prosecuting sexual devients. Even the "guilty until proven innocent" standard emerged in US jurisprudence over thirty years ago, when laws involving sex crimes were lengthened to unbelievable levels even from the perspective of the Victorian Era. Our sexual liberation turned into sexual repression since it included juveniles into the mix, whereas they can be victims and criminals all in one blow of some politician's whims to keep him or her in power.

Rape may be a capital crime, but only murder and treason should merit death or life in prison. When was the last time was the death penalty imposed on a rapist, much less a longer prison term given for murder? Still rapists have it worse than killers. Maybe those convicted of treason have it worse of all. How can one be as low as a traitor? No sexcual devient has it as bad in that depoartment, but often they do if they receive life with out the possibility of parole. Also, federal or state prisoners in for murder or even treason do not get it bad as a sexual devient.

I heard of a devient by the name of Adam Selene around the time James was born had coined a term for the people who would frame a boy of fifteen: Cement-Headed Straight Clowns. The real meaning is the people who support the tough sentenses for sex crimes. However it is also anyone supports a scapegoat produced by a person in power of a locality, who manipulate the media to keep the people from knowing there is a real rapist amongst them. Every person who wants Prindle to pay for the crimes of someone else is very cement-headed. This real rapist is protected somewhere who may even be devients themselves. Wonders never cease.

We may have the traits of Cement-headed Straight Clowns when we force children as young as nine years old onto sex pegistries for many years, but often the rest of their lives. Terrible dangers await for the kid who got on there by some thing they did in their youth. Why subject them to this scarlet leter that should only be for adults. I know who is to blame. Will the world come crashing down if a child once they reach 18 or 21 be able to expunge all juvenile records from handicaping them even to the grave? Not only should children not be tried in adult court, but every crime should be erased. Clean slate! Lest an adult suffer for some game of touchly-feely at age eleven or some sexual indescretion at thirteen or any age below the age of concent. If we want to arrest someone, why not the adult? Did not the law prohibit some forms of sex? Why be concerned when two school chums get frisky? Complaining parents should accept their child's growing sexual awarness and give a proper education, not this naive crap screaming "no sex until 18".

If the sex laws were more clear no one would warp the law to frame an innocent person. Though no law is perfect, clearing the way to stopping prosecutors from allowing kids to suffer for their emerging awareness would cut the false accusation by half. Maybe as high as as all kids subjected to the juvenile system if parents were  told they have no right over their child's body as the government is not in charge of all of our bodies.

Children are not property . They are independent of the parent from birth. Though a child is cared for like a pet, they have more brainn power and have a soul much different than a pet. We are better than people in the past who said they owned others just because they were a different color. The habits of the last 150 years have made us different but deep inside we are still the same.

As so many things go in this imperfect world, it all boils down to money. Money, not as a solution in itself, but as a tool to be used to save kids like James from suffering they do not deserve. Will you please consider sending us a gift at this time so that we can help our kids when the help most counts?

Is there anyone in that city with clean hands, not related to drugs, sex or wonton violence?

To me, this was a pape plain and simple committed by two other boys with a victim not even able to speak, for she was a mere baby in the eyes of the law. These two brothers would had been the ones screwed with it were not for the fact that some sexually-corrupt politician did not fondle one of them or did some other thing up their backside that made them threaten to expose them if they were in Prindle's position of facing adult rape charges. I have come to the conclusion that person they are pretecting is either a cop or someone involved in the Memphis political structure. Do they think that they are any safer with Prindle dead and the two boys they violated still breathing? They are not safe when a segment of society (us) know their deep dark secret. We will go through hell and high water to bring them down. If the system can drop Jerry Sandusky for diddling young boys, what measure should they feel any special when the people who could grill them are out there, waiting to pounce on them. The truth will come out and when it does, no mortal person can hold back the floodwaters.

James Prindle will be freed and will successfully sue to be paid out of our taxpayer dollars for the faults of men willing to let the system screw him for fun and games. This will come out. Better confess now, for the penalties would be merciful now than later when the rage of the legal system will bear down on the sinners. However with scumbags like these, they would enjoy getting screw years later than right now.

Down with Judge Carter!

Waiting 11/07/2012

http://wandervogeldiary.wordpress.com/2012/07/11/waiting/

Quote
A couple nice things happened yesterday that are making today’s wait a little easier to handle.

The first is that I received a call yesterday afternoon from a woman in New England in response to yesterday’s appeal for contributions. She wanted to tell me she was putting a $5,000 check in today’s mail for James Prindle’s defense.

“I wish it could be the whole ten thousand you need,” she said. She told me she was sending us her family’s vacation money. (She is the second person to have told me this. Our friend Rainer in Germany did the same thing for James.)

Knowing that people are willing to make personal sacrifices like this reminds me that I am not waiting alone. It makes the wait a lot more bearable.

News of the short, sweet hearing today that got an extension. Seems absent consel equals grumpy judges. Ironic since any time, folks helps both sides. Though for the other side, it should be in hoping the law does not find out they are being fleesed. It is one thing for law people to live in denial, but it is another thing when they are being deceived, even by themselves. How hard is it to prove someone else raped that little girl? Let those two little brats mentioned in Dan's blog get a trip to Omaha. They would need it more than James if the system will not accept Boys' Town. It is like the system thinks there is such a thing as a bad boy or girl.

UPDATE ON WAITING: http://wandervogeldiary.wordpress.com/2012/07/11/waiting/

Quote
It is nearly 11:00 pm and I have not kept my promise to write more.

There has been another contact with our informant, and the true picture of the crime is coming into focus for us. The vileness of the evil done to James and the other kids involved is almost beyond comprehension. James is only a patsy. All of the people involved in the assault of Neily Shea Sanders are becoming known to us, as well as the connections between them.

We are sharing this information with a large enough network of our people so that these dark secrets, once only known within a criminal web, are secrets no longer. They are being shared with the FBI. They will be revealed to you soon. Please be patient.

This is exhausting. I have been going nonstop all day. I must get some sleep. I am, after all, an early riser.

Naive no more. 12/07/2012

http://wandervogeldiary.wordpress.com/2012/07/12/naive-no-more/

Quote
A couple years ago I thought I’d heard the worst story ever when I learned that the abusive father of one of our kids punished a Beagle puppy for nipping by smashing out every tooth in its mouth with a wrench while his son was forced to watch. Yet as I am learning as we research the truth behind Neily Shea Sanders’ assault, there is no such thing as “the worst story ever.”

Doesn’t it seem suspicious to you that a major who heads the Memphis Police Department’s investigative services wouldn’t have pressed me for more information—any information—when I told him we’d seen photographic evidence of the Scheulin brothers having been victimized by and involved in child sex trafficking? But like the lady at the café yesterday, he didn’t want to know.

This reinforces my conviction that if we want justice to prevail in America, we can no longer leave it to the professionals. They are part of the problem. Our mission is not system reform. What we care about is protecting the kids we’ve adopted as our own and assuring justice for them.

Quote
Research by the Denver-based Pendulum Foundation shows that the System punishes kids longer and more severely than if adults had committed the same acts. Does this make any sense at all?

It is heartbreaking to live through such long and severe sentences with the kids who are saddled with the consequences of having evil adults in their lives. Today is Alex King’s 23rd birthday. “I will have spent 8 out of 23 birthdays behind bars,” he said last week. That is more than a third of his life! Where is the justice in that?

Terry King would never have been murdered were it not for the pedophile Rick Chavis. And as we know now, Neily Shea would never have been assaulted were it not for Jefferson Sanders.

Is just getting more bizarre by the minute. I am willing for these clowns thinking about a prisoner exchange by now. If the system hurts James over protecting a sex ring, then shame on the whole lot of them. :mad
