Justice for Jordan Brown (by a supporter)

This is the case of Jordan Brown, a boy who at age 11 was taken from his home and charged with double homicides for the murder of his step-mom and the baby she carried. Jordan is innocent of the charges and the facts, IF AND WHEN THEY ARE HEARD, will prove that he had nothing to do with the killing of Kenzie Houk. Instead the factual record of the history between Kenzie Houk and her ex-boyfriend, Adam Harvey, point to a web of lies and corruption in New Castle, PA - deception that a little boy is paying with his young life for. At the end of this note are links to more information. Whether or not you pursue the facts of this case beyond reading what you find here -- for Jordan and his dad Chris I ask that you join the FB group "Save Jordan Brown." Beginning in 2006, here is the record of the relationship between ADAM HARVEY and KENZIE HOUK...

05/25/2006 incident leads to first PFA (protection from abuse/restraining order) being issued against ADAM HARVEY by KENZIE HOUK (Adalynn is 1 yo).

From the 05/25/2006 PFA:

Location: PLAINTIFF'S HOUSE

"WE WERE ARGUING REGARDING MY NIECE THEN ADAM AND I STARTED TO ARGUE. I SAID SHUT UP AND ACT LIKE THE ADULT AND HE CAME INTO THE HOUSE WHERE I WAS COOKING AND THREW THE FOOD OUTSIDE AND STARTED TO ARGUE AGAIN. HE THEN THREATENED ME. I WENT TO LEAVE IN MY CAR AND HE TOOK THE KEYS; THREW THEM AT ME AND PUSHED ME AGAINST THE STEERING WHEEL. HE LEFT A BIG BRUISE ON MY FOREARM. ADAM ABUSES ALCOHOL AND DRINKS DAILY. HIS BROTHER SHOWED UP AND THREATENED ME AND THEY BOTH LEFT WHEN THE POLICE ARRIVED. THE POLICE SUGGESTED I GET A PFA."

"MENTAL ABUSE; THREATENING TO KILL ME OR HAVE ME KILLED BY HIS FRIENDS IN HILLSVILLE"

02/03/2008 Adam Harvey, believed to be residing in Harrisburg, NC, made several threatening phone calls to Kenzie's mother's phone and left messages which were shared with Shenango Twp PD. From the 02/04/2008 PFA:

"ADAM CALLED MY MOTHERS AND THREATENED TO TAKE MY WHOLE FAMILY OUT WHEN HE COMES TO TOWN. HE HAS LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES THREATENING TO HURT ME AND MY FAMILY. I AM IN FEAR OF HIM HURTING ME PHYSICALLY OR MY FAMILY. HE HAS A DRINKING PROBLEM THAT IS UNCONTROLLABLE. HE HAS THREATENED TO HIRE SOMEONE TO HURT ME SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO SHENANGO POLICE AND THEY HAVE LISTENED TO THE MESSAGES ON MY MOTHERS CELL PHONE AND SUGGESTED ME TO GET A PFA."Prior incidents? "WHEN I LIVED IN NORTH CAROLINA WITH HIM HE GOT OUT OF CONTROL AND BROKE ALL MY BELONGINGS. THE POLICE WERE CALLED AND HE WAS ARRESTED THEN I MOVED BACK HOME." 02/04/2008 Kenzie Houk filed for a PFA (protection from abuse, restraining order) against Adam Harvey. (this time Kenzie includes her parents, and her sister and brother-in-law as requiring "protection from stalking and harassment from Defendant.")

By 02/13/2009 Adam Harvey, Kenzie's ex-boyfriend, had discovered that Kenzie's youngest child (Adalynn) was NOT his daughter.

Seven (7) days later, 02/20/2009

Chris Brown heads out to work.
Jordan Brown (11) and Janessa Houk (7) get on the school bus.
Kenzie Houk, Chris Brown's fiancee (8 months pregnant; conceived sometime in June 2008?) and Adalynn Harvey/Houk (4) remain home.
Kenzie is murdered as she sleeps, shot in the back of the head.
Landscapers (?) arrive at the home and hear Adalynn crying; she tells them her mommy is ... (what, exactly did she tell them?)
Police are called.
Chris Brown returns to the home.
Police go to the elementary school - without Chris' knowledge or permission, and in the presence of a school representative, both children (Janessa and Jordan) are "questioned".
Jordan Brown (11) mentions seeing a black truck near the house before boarding the school bus; Janessa Houk (7) recalls nothing unusual.
Police spend a recorded 5 hours checking out the "black truck" and although ADAM HARVEY DRIVES A BLACK TRUCK; has had multiple complaints against him for violence against Kenzie Houk, and has threatened to kill her and her whole family, or to have someone else kill Kenzie for him, on record, multiple times - he is cleared...

   Jordan Brown, who owns a youth shotgun which was found in his bedroom where he kept it; a gun that had no blood on it, and finding no blood on Jordan Brown's clothes, but after Janessa Houk (7) had been interviewed more than once and stated that she had neither seen nor heard anything unusual that morning before getting on the bus for school - during an interview conducted AFTER Janessa had spent time with Kenzie's grieving family now stated that she heard a loud bang, saw Jordan carrying something in a blanket AND saw him drop something in the bushes outside. Police find a pristine shell casing in the bushes. Police say that Jordan's youth shotgun "smelled like it had been fired recently", and one spot of residue is found on his clothing, and ALTHOUGH Jordan had recently won a turkey shoot, and he and his dad practiced shooting targets on the property regularly -- at 2:00 a.m. 02/21/2009 young Jordan Brown, who had just discovered that the Easter Bunny was not real, was torn from his dad and his home and thrust into an adult jail for the murders of Kenzie Houk and her unborn child, to be tried as an adult with the possibility of life in prison id convicted.
   Several days later(?), Jordan is ordered to a more suitable juvenile facility but is moved for a third time to a TEEN detention facility for money that could be saved - even though Jordan was not yet 12 years old.
   Mid-August 2011 (2 years and 7 months later) Jordan Brown's case is FINALLY sent to the Juvenile system; to date the DA has NOT produced any evidence to connect him to the crimes. Jordan Brown maintains his innocence.

Why, as Dan Dailey at Wandervogel Diary (blog) so aptly asked, why was Adam Harvey "cleared" as a suspect so quickly? Could the fact that his father, Charles C. Harvey, is the Commandant of the New Castle Marines - Marine Corps 788 raise ANY conflicts?

With all of my heart I KNOW that God stands with the weak and the falsely accused - He IS revealing terrible lies in New Castle, PA. Those who know the truth of who killed Kenzie Houk, and the baby she was soon to deliver, should seriously consider coming forth now, before it's too late.
