A compilation of court cases against Adam Harvey thus far. Adam Harvey was Kenzie Houk's former boyfriend. She took out a protective order against him in February of 2008 because he made threats against her and her family. Adam was said to be sleeping at his parents house the morning of the murders, though it is unknown how the police verified his alibi. Kenzie's family has posted on their web-site that Adam drove a truck at the time. Other sources say that truck was black.
