As I said, the judge deliberately wrote the adverse verdict on purpose so the appellate court would not brake a sweat in overturning the decision and setting the boy free. If not, then I will truly think the country has turned forever to a third-world fiefdom.
I think the judge was so intimidated by the victim's family that he had to make the verdict go against Jordan for everyone's safety. I think this case would have ended in a violent confrontation where people would be seriously hurt or killed. That is why the Houks had those bikers over.
Their victory will turn in to a stinging defeat in Pittsburgh in August. They will never get away with it. The Houks are trashing their late daughter and their unborn grandson with this criminal act they were a part of for all this time. One of them should spend some time in prison and Ms. Houk is a perfect candidate. Maybe the fear of prison time will loosen their lips. They indeed can get out of their denial and tell the court the real truth. Some ex-boyfriend of hers had hired someone to killed her. The Houks have to loose their love of that ex-boyfriend, one who threatened their lives. They must have the courage to overcome this and put him away. Barring that, come August, they will see Jordan Brown walk out of jail a free person before age 21.
They will not get away with it.
