"Young's grandmother has said he admitted to beating Trey to death with a baseball bat.  Young will be tried as an adult."

That is a lie, Mr. Lazy-Ass Journalist. Rubie Jessie is lying after harassment and physical threats from people associated with the real killer of Trey Zwicker, her own son, Josh Gouker, who lied about his son and will find out the hard way that lying to cover up his own murder rarely succeeds. She better prepare for her son, not her grandson going to prison for the rest of her life. Mark my words, Ms. Rubie... you will go to your grave eventually, but with your son giving a life sentence. Josh Young will be set free before this year is out and your son, the boy's dad will face the same charges, along with a few more for good measure.

Let us hope the courts have mercy for him, for a man with a criminal history like Gouker's is "death penalty ready", unlike a boy of sixteen. Kentucky's death penalty may be hard to obtain, but Sean Windsor found out the hard way that his two murders of his ex-wife and own son back in the early 2000's that his own actions put him among the lucky thirty something persons that now wear the famous red jumpsuits, waiting for the day they take them to the room to give them what is coming to maybe a handful of these "few and not-so-proud" inmates who will given a last prayer, last meal and final speech to the witnesses who will see them have the plunger pushed to flush them off this planet. They day will come that Gouker will face the phrase, "May God Have Mercy on Your Soul" or whatever a judge confirming such sentences say to a convicted crook. Gouker better plead for mercy once the law finds out what a bunch of morons he made them for over a year now.

Why would any judge deny bail in this type of case?
