"When Josh Gouker was interviewed by LMPD last May, he told detectives he didn't know how Zwicker was murdered or who was involved but, said maybe Zwicker was jumped by a group of people.

Gouker did tell detectives he had been near the area where Zwicker's body was eventually found.

A disturbing confession Gouker made in his interview after police pressed for answers about rumors that he beat a dog with a baseball bat and put it in the trash---he admitted it."

See... I told you so. Smiley

It has the be the dumbest coverup in the history of criminal justice. Gouker should know his conversations over the phone would be recorded, much less many of his "interviews" with the law. It is high time the law finally admit they made a major mistake with Josh Young and time for those charges to be dropped. As far as we are concerned, Young was not there at the time of the killing. The lack of a time of death is quite troubling, but the misdeeds of Gouker and his cousins after the body was found makes up for the misdeeds of the law, who are more afraid of the major lawsuit that will follow from Josh Young's lawyers for unlawful imprisonment and malicious prosecution.
